1. Return Eligibility
Unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Tinted or custom-mixed products are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@greenxpaints.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method or store credit, at the customer's preference.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours with photographs. A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
